5 STAR REVIEW OF MOTI ON THE WATER BY LEYLAH ATTAR.

Format: Ebook
Genres: Romance, Romantic Comedy

Moti on the Water by Leylah Attar

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I LOVED this book, especially the uniqueness of the characters, their heritage, the settings, and the witty, but also thought-provoking plotline.

It started out just light, kind of quirky, and non-Leylah-ish because I wasn’t expecting a rom-com AT ALL.
Then, BOOM!!

Leylah and her 5-star style of writing pulled me not only into the story but the exquisite scenery of the Greek Isles, as well.
I could almost smell, taste, hear, and feel everything Moti (soft “t”) touched or experienced.
In the past, Leylah has beautifully transported me to Mexico in The Paper Swan, Africa in Mists of the Serengeti and Canada is 53 Letters to my Lover.
I’ve read all of her books twice and loved them just as much in the re-read.

Let’s talk a little bit about my new book boyfriend, Alex.
His deep thoughts, creativity, patience, kindness, thoughtfulness, and clever wit won my heart over pretty quickly, but by the end, I was reading with huge heart-eyes. Just wait, he’ll be your new crush too.
Alex is 5+ Starfish Swoony.

This book had so many passages that I highlighted and without spoiling it, one “easter egg” mention of a past book.

This book is not only the perfect vacation read, but an anytime any place read.
I was fortunate enough to receive an arc and thank goodness because I don’t think I would have been able to wait until release.
