Blind Kiss by Renee Carlino
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is one of the toughest books to review.
I’m rating it 4.5 Stars.
I LOVED Gavin.
His wit, free-spiritedness, how he loved, his level-headedness at times and how swoony he could be.
I also stayed mad at him for the majority of the decisions he made and the unsaid emotions.
Penny, I never connected with her. She again, in my opinion, made the wrong choices, but I still was rooting for her.
I can’t fully review without giving away spoilers so I’ll just say in a nutshell –
Even with the amount of anger I had the majority of the book, I still loved the story and the feels.
What is the correct term for a “page-turner” when it’s an audiobook?
I stayed up until 5:00 am listening to the audiobook and began again at 8:30 am.
My bloodshot eyes are the result.
One of my all-time favorite romance movies was “Love, Rosie”.
This book had similarities with best friends who are meant to be more but have bad relationship timing.
If you love angst and feels, read this book immediately.
My love for Gavin was enough to make me love it, but I’m still mad at them both. LOL
